Arrival/Dismissal Procedures

This school years arrival and dismissal procedure is as follows:

All students wanting breakfast can arrive at school at 8:30 and enter Door 1 on 67 Wall Street.
Pre-K students not wanting breakfast, enter through their classroom door (Door 7 or 8) off the side parking lot at 67 Wall Street at 8:45
Kindergarten through Grade 4 students NOT wanting breakfast will arrive through the auditorium doors at 67 Wall Street and wait for their classroom teachers.
Students will be allowed into the building as early as 8:30 AM.
After 8:55 AM, students are considered late, and they will need to be escorted to the main front doors to be signed in by Ms. Jen Faust.
If you arrive late (After 8:55 AM), please walk your child to the front entrance of the GW school and ring the bell. Our door monitor Ms. Jen Faust will be out to greet you and sign your child into school.

Pre-K students will dismiss from their classroom doors at 2:00 PM.
Kindergarten through Grade 4 begins their dismissal at 2:55 PM.
Students taking a bus home will be dismissed from the cafeteria for their bus.
Buses pull in from Washington Avenue at 3:00 PM and leave property by 3:10pm.
Students in Kindergarten through Grades 2 going home with an adult will be dismissed through the auditorium doors.
Students in Grades 3 and 4 going home with an adult will be dismissed through the gym doors.
